देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने भाजपा प्रदेश कार्यालय में आयोजित समारोह मे कहा कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी की उत्तराखंड सरकार ने जनता से किया गया एक सर्वाधिक महत्वपूर्ण वादा समान नागरिक संहिता कानून के रूप में पूर्ण किया है। निश्चित रूप से यह कानून पूरे भारत में लागू होगा। धीरे-धीरे सभी राज्य इसको अपनाएंगे और पूरे देश को समान नागरिक संहिता कानून से आच्छादित किया जाएगा। इस कानून के लागू होने के बाद दुराचार, अनाचार, विषमता, असमानता सब कुछ दूर हो जाएगी। मातृशक्ति के लिए यह बिल सर्वाधिक महत्वपूर्ण साबित होगा। जिस देश में मातृशक्ति की पूजा होती है वहां संपन्नता बढ़ती है। समान नागरिक संहिता कानून से इस व्यवस्था का परिपालन होगा। डॉ भीमराव अंबेडकर, डॉ श्याम प्रसाद मुखर्जी, पंडित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय जैसे वरिष्ठ जनों ने एक समान कानून होना चाहिए इस बात की परिकल्पना वर्षों पूर्व कर दी थी। हमें जानकारी दी गई है कि राजस्थान में भी इस बिल पर चर्चा प्रारंभ हो गई है निश्चित रूप से यह बिल समूचे समाज के लिए लाभकारी होगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर समान नागरिक संहिता कानून लागू करने वाली संस्था का आभार प्रकट करते हुए कहा कि 233000 सुझाव आए सुझाव आए जबकि 10000 लोगों से सीधे संवाद किया था। यह देश का पहला ऐसा कानून है जो जनता के माध्यम से लागू हुआ।
इस संदर्भ में प्रदेश के लोगों को जागरूक बनाने के लिए अब मंडल स्तर पर बैठके होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि राजनीतिक दलों के बीच भी हमारे कानून निर्माण समिति के लोग पहुंचे और उनके भी विचार रखें जिसके कारण यह एक बेहतर व्यवस्था कानून बना है। जिस देश की जनता वर्षों से चाहती थी। उन्होंने कहा कि इस कानून के माध्यम से नारी शक्ति का सम्मान किया गया है। महिलाएं हर क्षेत्र में बहुत तेजी से आगे बढ़ रही है उनकी यह बढ़ोतरी लगातार अग्रसर होती रहे यह अपने आप में महत्वपूर्ण है। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर हिमालय की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि हिमालय प्रहरी की भाँति पूरे देश की रक्षा कर रहा है वही गंगा-जमुना जैसी नदियां पूरे देश को सिंचित कर रही है। यह सर्वाधिक महत्वपूर्ण कानून होने वाला है। वैसे भी 30% महिला आरक्षण लागू कर दिया है हमने आज 10% आंदोलनकारी आरक्षण को भी लागू कर दिया है। लोगों के लिए अब रास्ता बन गया है उत्तराखंड के लिए आज विशेष दिन है जो हम सब के मार्गदर्शन और हमारे मनोबल का बढ़ाने का काम करेगा। हम सभी मिलकर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में कार्य कर रहे हैं उन्होंने केदारनाथ में कहा था कि तीसरी सदी उत्तराखंड की होगी आज देवभूमि से पारित हुआ यह कानून निश्चित रूप से उसी दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
