देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने नियोजन विभाग की समीक्षा करते हुए नियोजन विभाग के तहत कार्यरत विभागों एवं प्रकोष्ठों को आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने विकास से जुड़े लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने तथा उनके प्रभावी अनुश्रवण तथा राज्य में बेहतर नियोजन प्रणाली, प्रभावी नीति निर्धारण एवं नवाचारों को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए गठित स्टेट इंस्टीट्यूट इम्पावरिंग एण्ड ट्रांसफार्मिंग उत्तराखण्ड (सेतु) को प्रभावी बनाने के भी निर्देश दिये। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि नियोजन विभाग द्वारा सरकार की सभी योजनाओ की प्रभावी समीक्षा की जाए।
राज्य के संसाधनों के कुशल और प्रभावी उपयोग के साथ विभागों के मध्य आपसी समन्वय, भागीदारी तथा नेटवर्किंग व्यवस्था को और सुदृढ़ करने के निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री ने दिये। उन्होंने सशक्त उत्तराखण्ड के अन्तर्गत राज्य की अर्थव्यवस्था को 5 वर्षों में दुगुना करने के प्रयासों, सतत विकास लक्ष्यों का नियमित रूप से अनुश्रवण करने के भी निर्देश दिये। मुख्यमंत्री ने पूर्व में सभी विभागों से एक-एक ऐसी योजना पर कार्य करने को कहा था, जो प्रदेश के विकास में गेम चेंजर साबित हो। इस संबंध में उन्होंने नियोजन विभाग को निर्देश दिये कि विभागों द्वारा इसके लिए किये गये प्रयासों का पूरा विवरण लेकर, रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की जाए।
उन्होंने नीति आयोग द्वारा संचालित नवाचारी कार्यों के राज्य में प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के भी निर्देश दिये। मुख्यमंत्री ने स्वास्थ्य एवं पोषण, शिक्षा, कृषि एवं जल संसाधन, वित्तीय समावेशन और कौशल विकास तथा आधारभूत सुविधाओं के लिए नीति आयोग स्तर पर चयनित 6 आंकांक्षी जनपदों और राज्य स्तर पर चयनित 9 आकांक्षी जनपदों में संचालित कार्यक्रमों एवं योजनाओं के नियमित अनुश्रवण के निर्देश भी दिये।
