पिछले 15 महीनों से मासिक रिपोर्ट उत्तराखंड डिजास्टर एंड एक्सीडेंट सिनोप्सिस, उदास के नाम से जारी की जा रही थी। अब इसे उत्तराखंड डिजास्टर एंड एक्सीडेंट एनालिसिस इनिशिएटिव, उदय नाम दिया गया है।
