श्री केदारनाथ, गंगोत्री और यमुनोत्री धाम के कपाट खुलने पर देशवासीयों को अपनी शुभकामनाएं देते हुए प्रदेश के पर्यटन, धर्मस्व, संस्कृति, लोक निर्माण, पंचायती राज, ग्रामीण निर्माण एवं जलागम मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने कहा कि चारधाम यात्रा पर आने वाले तीर्थ यात्रियों की सुविधा, सुरक्षा को देखते हुए प्रदेश सरकार ने अनेक व्यवस्थाएं की हैं। चारधाम यात्रा के दृष्टिगत एक स्टेट लेवल कन्ट्रोल रूम की स्थापना देहरादून स्थित उत्तराखण्ड पर्यटन विकास परिषद मुख्यालय की गई है जो कि पूरे यात्रकाल के दौरान संचालित रहेगा। पर्यटकों और यात्रियों को लम्बी कतारों से निजात दिलाने के लिये और लाईन में अधिक समय तक प्रतिक्षा न करनी पड़े इसके लिए धामों में दर्शन के लिए टोकन, स्लॉट की व्यवस्था सुचारू रूप से की जा रही है। यात्रा पर आने वाले यात्रियों से मेरा अनुरोध है कि वह सरकार द्वारा बनाई गयी व्यवस्थाओं का पालन करते हुए यात्रा में सहयोग करें। मेरा यात्रा व्यवस्था में लगे अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों से भी अनुरोध है कि वह यात्रियों की सुविधाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए ‘‘अतिथि देवो भवः‘‘ की परम्परा के अनुरूप अपना आचरण करें।
धर्मस्व मंत्री महाराज ने कहा कि पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा चारधाम यात्रा पर आने वाले यात्रियों एवं वाहनों की सुरक्षा और निगरानी हेतु पर्यटक सुरक्षा प्रबन्धन प्रणाली के तहत ऑन लाइन, ऑफ लाइन पंजीकरण की व्यवस्था की गई है। चारधाम यात्रा के लिये ऋषिकेश एवं हरिद्वार में ऑफ लाइन पंजीकरण के लिये भी काउन्टर्स उपलब्ध कराये गये हैं। इस व्यवस्था को सुचारू बनाये रखने के लिये आवश्यक है कि चारधाम यात्रा पर आने वाले यात्री और पंजीकरण में लगे कर्मचारी एवं अधिकारी एक दूसरे का सहयोग करते हुए कार्य करें। चारधाम यात्रा में लगे पर्यटक सुरक्षा, सहायता मित्र पुरी मुस्तौदी के साथ यात्रियों की सेवा में लगे हैं। चारधाम यात्रा के दौरान सफाई व्यवस्था का विशेष ध्यान रखा गया है। यात्रा मार्गाे पर बड़ी संख्या में स्थाई शौचालयों के साथ-साथ अस्थाई शौचालयों की भी पर्याप्त व्यवस्था है।
