देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने बुधवार को उत्तराखंड भाषा संस्थान द्वारा सर्वे चौक स्थित आई0आर0डी0टी0 सभागार में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में 10 साहित्यकारों को उत्तराखंड साहित्य गौरव सम्मान प्रदान किये। मुख्यमंत्री ने उत्तराखण्ड भाषा संस्थान के साहित्य गौरव सम्मान समारोह में उपस्थित प्रदेश और देश के विभिन्न हिस्सों से आये साहित्यकारों और भाषा प्रेमियों का स्वागत करते हुए सभी को विश्व मातृभाषा दिवस की भी शुभकामनाएं दी। मुख्यमंत्री ने उत्तराखण्ड भाषा संस्थान से अपेक्षा की कि वे अपनी साहित्यिक एवम् भाषाई गतिविधियों को व्यापक स्तर प्रदान कर प्रदेश में साहित्य ग्राम बनाने में अपनी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका का निर्वहन भी करें, इससे प्रदेश में स्थानीय भाषाओं के साथ-साथ छोटे-छोटे क्षेत्रों में बोली जाने वाली बोलियों व उनमें रचे जा रहे साहित्य को भी प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड की पहचान एक ऐसे राज्य के रूप में है, जहां भाषा और साहित्य की सेवा करने वाली अनेक विभूतियों- सुमित्रानंदन पंत, भजन सिंह, गोविंद चातक, गुमानी पंत, शैलेश मटियानी, डॉ० पीताम्बर दत्त बड़थ्वाल, मनोहर श्याम जोशी, गौरा पंत शिवानी, शेखर जोशी, लीलाधर जगूड़ी, वीरेन डंगवाल, गिरीश तिवारी गिर्दा और भैरव दत्त धूलिया ने जन्म लिया।
इन्होंने अपनी रचनाओं से उत्तराखण्ड की चिंतन परंपरा को विराट भावभूमि प्रदान की है। इसके अतिरिक्त इलाचंद्र जोशी, ओमप्रकाश वाल्मीकि, सरदार पूर्ण सिंह, प्रसून जोशी, गंगाप्रसाद विमल, शेरजंग गर्ग आदि अनेकों साहित्यकारों का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान है। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड में साहित्य के क्षेत्र में छोटे से स्थानों में जन्म लेकर सुमित्रानन्दन पन्त, शैलेश मटियानी, लीलाधर जगूड़ी आदि जैसे महान रचनाकारों ने इसकी चिन्तन परम्परा को विराट भाव भूमि प्रदान की है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड साहित्य गौरव सम्मान पाने वाले साहित्यकारों में वे साहित्यकार भी शामिल हैं जो अनेक विशिष्ट बोलियों में रचना कर्म कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि जो समाज अपनी भाषा और बोलियों का सम्मान नहीं करता वह अपनी प्रतिष्ठा गवां देता है। उन्होंने आम लोगों का आह्वान किया कि अपनी भाषा एवम् बोलियों को बचाने और उन्हें बढ़ाने के कार्य में आम लोगों की व्यापक सहभागिता बहुत जरूरी है तथा इस महत्वपूर्ण कार्य को हम सभी को अपने घर से आरम्भ करना होगा तथा विशेष रूप से बच्चों के साथ संवाद करते समय अपनी मातृ भाषा और आम बोलियों का प्रयोग करना होगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने आशा व्यक्त की कि इस कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से लोक भाषाओं पर विद्वान साहित्यकारों के मध्य विचार-विमर्श किया जाएगा, जिससे हिंदी व अन्य लोक भाषाओं का संरक्षण, विकास और उत्थान हो सके तथा आपके महत्वपूर्ण सुझावों को संस्थान अपनी भविष्य की कार्ययोजना में अवश्य सम्मिलित करेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने उत्तराखण्ड भाषा संस्थान के प्रयासों की सराहना करते हुये कहा कि अपनी स्थापना के बाद से उत्तराखण्ड भाषा संस्थान ने कई महत्वपूर्ण कार्य किये हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने हिन्दी अकादमी, पंजाबी अकादमी, उर्दू अकादमी और लोक भाषा बोली अकादमी को एक छत के नीचे लाते हुए उत्तराखण्ड भाषा संस्थान को पुर्नगठित किया है तथा भाषा संस्थान की स्वायत्तता को बरकरार रखते हुए इसके विकास के लिए सरकार हर सम्भव कार्य करने को प्रतिबद्ध है। मुख्यमंत्री ने साहित्यकारों, भाषाविदों, शोधार्थियों से अनुरोध किया कि वे भाषा संस्थान के साथ मिलकर भाषाई विकास के लिए कार्य करें और इस संस्थान को देश के प्रतिष्ठित संस्थान के तौर पर विकसित करने के लिए मिलकर कार्य करें। उन्होंने कहा कि इसी के अनुरूप हमारे भाषा संस्थान की पहचान भी पूरे देश में होनी चाहिए।
