देहरादून। विश्व टीबी दिवस के अवसर पर राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन उत्तराखंड द्वारा राज्य स्तरीय कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस वर्ष “Yes! We Can End TB: Commit, Invest, Deliver”, हम सभी के लिए आशा, तत्परता और जवाबदेही की भावना को सशक्त करने की थीम पर कार्यक्रम का आयोजित किया गया जिसमें मुख्य अतिथि डॉ धन सिंह रावत, स्वास्थ्य मंत्री उपस्थित रहे।
कार्यक्रम के अवसर पर स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ धन सिंह रावत द्वारा बताया गया कि दिनांक 24 मार्च को प्रत्येक वर्ष विश्व टी.बी. दिवस का आयोजन किया जाता है। इस अवसर पर हमें इस टी.बी. रोग के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने और इसे जड़ से समाप्त करने के लिए अपने संकल्प को दोहराने की आवश्यकता है।
डॉ धन सिंह रावत द्वारा बताया गया कि सरकार द्वारा टी०बी० उन्मूलन के लिए कई महत्वपूर्ण पहल की है। नि:शुल्क टी०बी० परीक्षण और उपचार प्रदेशभर के सरकारी अस्पतालों और स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में उपलब्ध है। टी.बी. रोगियों को उपचार अवधि तक पोषण सहायता राशि माह नवंबर 2024 से रु० 1,000/- प्रतिमाह कर दिया गया है जो कि पूर्व में रु 500/- प्रतिमाह था। यह राशि नि-क्षय पोषण योजना के अन्तर्गत डी०बी०टी० के माध्यम से दिया जा रहा है। इसके अतिरिक्त प्रधानमंत्री टी.बी. मुक्त भारत अभियान के तहत टी०बी० रोगियों को नि-श्रय मित्रों की सहायता से अतिरिक्त पोषण किट भी प्रदान की जा रही है।
स्वास्थ्य मंत्री द्वारा अवगत कराया गया कि वर्ष 2023 में उत्तराखण्ड को भारत सरकार द्वारा 1424 ग्राम पंचायतों को टी.बी. मुक्त पंचायत प्रमाणित किया गया है वर्ष 2024 में उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में 2227 ग्राम पंचायतों को टी०बी० मुक्त पंचायत घोषित किए जाने हेतु चिन्हित किया गया है।
स्वाति एस. भदौरिया, मिशन निदेशक, एन.एच.एम. द्वारा बताया गया कि भारत सरकार के राष्ट्रीय क्षय रोग उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम (NTEP) के अंतर्गत, टीबी को जड़ से मिटाने के लिए निरंतर प्रयास कर रही है। हमें गर्व है कि वर्ष 2024 में भारत सरकार द्वारा उत्तराखंड को 28,000 टीबी रोगियों को खोजे जाने का लक्ष्य दिया गया था जिसके सापेक्ष लक्ष्य से अधिक 29,319 (105%) टीबी रोगियों की पहचान कर उन्हें उपचार दिया जा रहा है।
मिशन निदेशक द्वारा बताया गया कि राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन के अंतर्गत संचालित क्षय उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम के तहत टीबी रोकथाम हेतु राज्य में 95 टीबी यूनिट और 157 जांच केंद्र कार्यरत हैं, जहाँ आधुनिक तकनीकों (NAAT) से टीबी की शीघ्र पहचान हो रही है। 2024 में 90% टीबी मरीजों को सफलतापूर्वक उपचार उपलब्ध कराया गया। दूरदराज के क्षेत्रों में 30 अल्ट्रा-पोर्टेबल हैंडहेल्ड एक्स-रे मशीन और 8 मोबाइल वैन के माध्यम से टीबी जांच की सुविधा दी जा रही है। वहीं 100 दिवसीय टीबी उन्मूलन अभियान के अंतर्गत 5.18 लाख से अधिक लोगों की स्क्रीनिंग की गई, जिसमें 3,799 टीबी रोगियों की पहचान कर उनका उपचार शुरू किया गया।
उन्होंने कहा कि, हमारे स्वास्थ्य मंत्री द्वारा, स्वास्थ्य की अन्य योजनाओं के साथ-साथ टीबी विषय पर भी जो हमें विशेष मार्गदर्शन मिलता है। स्वास्थ्य मंत्री के नेतृत्व में, हमारा राज्य स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में निरंतर सुधार कर रहा है और टीबी उन्मूलन की दिशा में मजबूती से आगे बढ़ रहा है।
कार्यक्रम में मेयर सौरभ थपलियाल ने कहा कि, टी०बी० को हराने के लिए सिर्फ सरकार के प्रयास ही काफी नहीं है, बल्कि इसमें समाज के हर वर्ग की भागीदारी आवश्यक है। हमें टी.बी. से जुड़े मिथकों और भेदभाव को खत्म करना होगा, ताकि हर मरीज को सही समय पर इलाज मिल सके और वे स्वस्थ जीवन जी सकें।
राष्ट्रीय क्षय उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत समस्त जनपदों द्वारा उत्कृष्ट कार्य किया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में टीबी स्कोर के आधार पर जनपदों को सम्मानित किया गया। जिसमें जनपद देहरादून को प्रथम स्थान, चंपावत को द्वितीय तथा रुद्रप्रयाग को तृतीय स्थान हेतु सम्मानित किया गया।
कार्यक्रम में टीबी रोगियों को सहायता देने वाले 11 नि-क्षय मित्रों को भी सम्मानित किया गया। जिसमें हिमालय ड्रग कंपनी, हंस कल्चरल सेंटर, इंडियन ऑयल कॉपरेशन, मनसा देवी मंदिर ट्रस्ट, रामकृष्ण मिशन विवेकानंद नेत्रालय रुद्रप्रयाग, आस संस्था, बालाजी सेवा संस्थान, होप फाउंडेशन, साईं इंस्टीट्यूट, हिमालयन इंस्टीट्यूट, लाल बहादुर शास्त्री अकादमी को सम्मानित किया गया। साथ ही 15 टी.बी. मुक्त पंचायतों को भी पुरस्कृत किया गया।
