देहरादून। आयुष्मान भारत डिजिटल मिशन (एबीडीएम) के तहत हेल्थ रिकॉर्ड लिंकेज में उत्तराखंड देशभर में दूसरे स्थान पर है जबकि पहले स्थान पर उत्तर प्रदेश काबिज है। राज्य में 74 लाख से अधिक हेल्थ रिकॉर्ड आभा आईडी नेटवर्क से लिंक हो चुकी है। इसके अलावा आभा आईडी, अस्पतालों व चिकित्सकों का पंजीकरण, आभा आधारित ऑनलाइन ओपीडी पंजीकरण आदि विभिन्न श्रेणियों में उत्तराखंड ने पांच चरण सफलतापूर्वक पूरे कर लिये हैं। सूबे के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत के नियमित विभागीय समीक्षा व मार्गदर्शन का नतीजा है कि प्रदेश ने यह उपलब्धि हासिल की है।
राज्य स्वास्थ्य प्राधिकरण के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि आयुष्मान भारत डिजिटल मिशन (एबीडीएम) के तहत अपेक्षाकृत कम आबादी होने के बावजूद उत्तराखंड देशभर में हेल्थ रिकॉर्ड लिंकेज के मामले में दूसरे पायदान पर है। जबकि पहले स्थान पर उत्तर प्रदेश काबिज है। इसके अलावा तीसरे स्थान पर गुजरात, चौथे पर बिहार और पांचवें स्थान पर महाराष्ट्र है। उत्तराखंड में अबतक 74,14,923 से अधिक हेल्थ रिकॉर्ड आभा आईडी नेटवर्क से लिंक किये जा चुके हैं, जो प्रदेश के लिये बड़ी उपलब्धि है। हेल्थ रिकॉर्ड लिंकेज होने से लाभार्थी को देशभर के किसी भी अस्पताल में चिकित्सक के साथ अपनी हेल्थ रिपोर्ट शेयर कर सकेंगे और अपनी बीमारी के बारे में सलाह ले पाएंगे। इसके साथ ही रोग की जांच, लैब रिपोर्ट, उपचार एवं दवाईयां आदि घर बैठे ऑनलाइन माध्यम से प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।
राज्य स्वास्थ्य प्राधिकरण के मुताबिक राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य प्राधिकरण द्वारा प्रदेश में आयुष्मान भारत के अंतर्गत चार जनपदों में 7 माइक्रोसाईट चल रही है। जिसमें देहरादून हरिद्वार और ऊधमसिंह नगर जनपद में 2-2 तथा नैनीताल जनपद में एक माइक्रोसाइट चल रही है। जिनके माध्यम से तेजी से इलेक्ट्रॉनिक हेल्थ रिकॉर्ड बनाये जा रहे हैं। यही वजह है कि कम आबादी होने के बाद भी उत्तराखंड हेल्थ रिकॉर्ड लिंकेज में अग्रणी राज्यों में शुमार है।
