जनपद प्रभारी / कैबिनेट मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि सरकार का उद्देश्य उत्तराखंड को देश का सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बनाना है, और इसी दिशा में पिछले तीन वर्षों में कई ऐतिहासिक विकास कार्य किए गए हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि उत्तराखंड समान नागरिक संहिता (UCC) लागू करने वाला पहला राज्य बना, जिससे प्रदेश को एक नई पहचान मिली है। इसके अलावा, सख्त भू-कानून भी जनभावनाओं के अनुरूप लागू किया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में 38वें राष्ट्रीय खेलों का सफल आयोजन किया गया, जो राज्य की खेल क्षमताओं को दर्शाता है। उन्होंने कहा कि नीति आयोग की रिपोर्ट में उत्तराखंड को सर्वोच्च स्थान मिला है।सरकार के प्रयासों से राज्य में बेरोजगारी दर 4.4% घटी है और स्टार्टअप और इनोवेशन के क्षेत्र में प्रदेश ने नए आयाम स्थापित किए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि पहली बार बजट का आकार ₹1 लाख करोड़ के पार पहुंचा है और मुख्यमंत्री एकल महिला स्वरोजगार योजना को मंजूरी दी गई है।
