देहरादून। मौसम विभाग द्वारा रविवार को उत्तराखंड के अधिकांश जनपदों में भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश के पूर्वानुमान को देखते हुए सचिव आपदा प्रबंधन एवं पुनर्वास विनोद कुमार सुमन ने उत्तराखंड राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण के आईटी पार्क स्थित राज्य आपातकालीन परिचालन केंद्र (कंट्रोल रूम) से जनपदों की स्थिति की समीक्षा की। इस दौरान उन्होंने सभी जिलों के जिला आपदा प्रबंधन अधिकारियों को अलर्ट पर रहने तथा हालात पर नजर बनाए रखने के निर्देश दिए।
रविवार को सचिव आपदा प्रबंधन एवं पुनर्वास विनोद कुमार सुमन राज्य आपातकालीन परिचालन केंद्र पहुंचे और वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के जरिये सभी जिलों के आपदा प्रबंधन अधिकारियों से वर्तमान स्थिति तथा जिलों में हो रही बारिश को लेकर जानकारी ली। उन्होंने नेशनल हाईवे, स्टेट हाईवे के साथ ही ग्रामीण सड़कों को लेकर निर्देश दिए कि जो भी मार्ग बंद हैं, उन्हें जल्द से जल्द खुलवाना सुनिश्चित किया जाए ताकि आम जनता को किसी प्रकार की दिक्कत न हो।
इस दौरान सचिव आपदा प्रबंधन एवं पुनर्वास ने स्टेट तथा नेशनल हाईवे में यातायात संचालन की भी जानकारी ली। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि मार्ग बंद हैं तो साइनेज लगाए जाएं तथा लोगों तक इसकी जानकारी पहुंचाई जाए। साथ ही मार्ग खुलने की भी जानकारी आम जनमानस तक विभिन्न माध्यमों से पहुंचाना सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने ग्रामीण सड़कों को भी जल्द से जल्द खोलने के लिए जरूरी कदम उठाने के निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने नदियों के जलस्तर को लेकर भी डीडीएमओ से जानकारी ली और किसी भी आपात स्थिति को लेकर तुरंत राज्य आपातकालीन परिचालन केंद्र में सूचना भेजने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही उन्होंने नदियों का जलस्तर बढ़ने पर लोगों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर भेजने और लोगों को नदी-नालों से दूर रहने को लेकर जागरूक करने को कहा। इस दौरान यूएसडीएमए के संयुक्त मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी मो0 ओबैदुल्लाह अंसारी, ड्यूटी ऑफिसर आलोक कुमार सिंह, एसईओसी के दिवस प्रभारी रोहित कुमार आदि मौजूद थे।
