मंगलवार को कैंप कार्यालय में विभागीय मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कृषि एवं उद्यान विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक की। बैठक के दौरान विभागीय मंत्री ने अधिकारियों से कृषि एवं उद्यान विभाग द्वारा संचालित केंद्र एवं राज्य पोषित योजनाओं की प्रगति की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को योजना के क्रियान्वयन हेतु आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि शीघ्रता के साथ सेब काश्तकारों को यूनिवर्सल कार्टन उपलब्ध किया जाए। ताकि किसानों को नुकसान न हो। उन्होंने जैविक तथा प्राकृतिक खेती के लिए किसानों को प्रोत्साहित करने के साथ ही नवाचारों को कृषकों तक पहुंचाया जाए। मंत्री ने अधिकारियों क्लस्टर आधारित जैविक खेती को बढ़ावा दिया जाए। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को केंद्र पोषित योजनाओं के बजट को समय पर खर्च करने और क्लस्टर आधारित खेती के पेंडिंग तथा नई मांगो से संबंधित प्रपोजल को भारत सरकार को भेजने की कार्यवाही को जल्द से जल्द से किया जाए।
