सूबे में लागू आदर्श आचार संहिता के बीच निर्वाचन आयोग की अनुमति के उपरांत प्रदेश के चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य एवं चिकित्सा शिक्षा मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत ने आज स्वास्थ्य महानिदेशालय स्थित सभागार में चार धाम यात्रा को लेकर विभागीय समीक्षा बैठक ली। जिसमें उन्होंने यात्रा मार्गों पर तीर्थ यात्रियों को बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं मुहैया कराने के लिये विभागीय अधिकारियों को जरूरी-दिशा निर्देश दिये। डा. रावत ने बताया कि राज्य में चार धाम यात्रा शुरू हो गई है, जिसमें देश-विदेश से लाखों तीर्थ यात्री शामिल हो रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि चारों धामों सहित यात्रा मार्गों पर राज्य सरकार द्वारा तमाम स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई गई है, इसके साथ ही स्वास्थ्य महकमे को अलर्ट मोड़ पर रखा गया है। जिसके फलस्वरूप विभाग ने अबतक चार धाम आने वाले 37 हजार से अधिक यात्रियों की स्वास्थ्य जांच कर दी है। इसके अलावा यात्रा मार्गों पर स्थापित विभिन्न चिकित्सा इकाईयों में सात हजार से अधिक यात्रियों को ओपीडी की सुविधा मुहैया कराई जा चुकी है।
डा. रावत ने बताया कि यात्रा मार्गों पर स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को और अधिक सुदृढ करने के दृष्टिगत इस वर्ष 49 स्थाई तथा 56 अस्थाई चिकित्सा इकाई स्थापित की गई है। जिनमें रोटेशन के आधार पर 80 विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सक तथा 465 चिकित्साधिकारियों की तैनाती की गई है। इसके अलावा 337 पैरामेडिकल स्टॉफ की भी तैनाती की गई है। चार धाम यात्रा में कुल 156 एम्बुलैंस तैनात की गई है, जिसमें 77 आपातकालीन सेवा 108 एम्बुलेंस तथा 79 विभागीय एम्बुलेंस शामिल है। विभागीय मंत्री डा. रावत ने बताया कि यात्रा मार्गों पर एम्बुलेंस का रिस्पॉंस टाइम कम से कम करने के निर्देश संबंधित जनपदों के मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारियों को दे दिये गये हैं ताकि आपात स्थिति में तीर्थ यात्रियों को समय पर चिकित्सकीय सुविधा मुहैया कर उनकी जान बचाई जा सके। उन्होंने बताया कि यात्रा मार्गों पर 50 हेल्थ एटीएम एवं पीओसीटी डिवाइसेज उपलब्ध कराई गई है ताकि यात्रियों की ईसीजी के साथ ही ऑक्सीजन लेवल व रक्तचाप सहित अन्य जरूरी जांचे की जा सके। इसके अलावा किसी भी आपात स्थिति से निपटने के लिये यात्रा मार्गों पर 08 ब्ल्ड बैंक व 02 ब्ल्ड संग्रहण केन्द्र भी संचालित किये जा रहे हैं।
