देहरादून। प्रदेश में समग्र शिक्षा परियोजना के तहत ब्लॉक रिसोर्स पर्सन (बीआरपी) व संकुल रिसोर्स पर्सन (सीआरपी) के रिक्त पदों पर चयन प्रक्रिया जारी रखने के लिये विद्यालयी शिक्षा विभाग ने भारत निर्वाचन आयोग से आचार संहिता में छूट देने की अनुमति मांगी है। राज्य परियोजना निदेशक समग्र शिक्षा की ओर से प्रदेश के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी को जारी पत्र में उक्त पदों पर तैनाती प्रक्रिया जारी रखने की मांगी की गई है। इससे पहले प्रदेश के विद्यालयी शिक्षा मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत ने विभागीय अधिकारियों को विभागान्तर्गत विभिन्न पदों पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया को जारी रखने के लिये निर्वाचन आयोग से अनुमति मांगने के निर्देश दिये गये।
सूबे के विद्यालयी शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने मीडिया को जारी बयान में बताया कि राज्य में शैक्षिक गतिविधियों में सुधार लाने के दृष्टिगत प्रदेश सरकार लगातार प्रयास कर रही है। जिसके क्रम में सरकार ने समग्र शिक्षा के अंतर्गत विगत कई वर्षों से रिक्त चल रहे बीआरपी-सीआरपी के पदों को भरने का निर्णय लिया है। उन्होंने बताया लोकसभा चुनाव-2024 के दृष्टिगत देशभर में लागू आदर्श आचार संहिता के चलते उक्त पदों पर जारी भर्ती प्रक्रिया बाधित हो गई थी। राज्य में लोकसभा चुनाव सम्पन्न होने के बाद अब उक्त पदों पर चयन प्रक्रिया शुरू करने के लिये विभागीय उच्चाधिकारियों को भारत निर्वाचन आयोग से आचार संहिता में छूट लेने के निर्देश दे दिये गये हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि विभागीय स्तर से निर्वाचन आयोग को पत्र भेज दिया गया है।
निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा आचार संहिता में छूट की अनुमति मिलते ही ब्लॉक स्तर पर ब्लॉक रिसोर्स पर्सन (बीआरपी) के कुल 285 पदों तथा संकुल स्तर पर संकुल रिसोर्स पर्सन (सीआरपी) के 670 रिक्त पदों पर कार्मिकों को आउटसोर्स के माध्यम से तैनात किया जायेगा। इसके अलावा प्रदेशभर के माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में रिक्त चतुर्थ श्रेणी के लगभग 2500 पदों को भी आउटसोर्स एजेंसी के माध्यम से भरा जायेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि विभागीय स्तर पर उक्त पदों को भरने की सभी औपचारिकताएं पूरी की जा चुकी है। आचार संहिता में ढील मिलते ही चयन प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी जायेगी। डा. रावत ने बताया कि उक्त रिक्त पदों पर कार्मिकों की तैनाती होने से प्रदेश की शिक्षा व्यवस्था और सुदृढ़ होगी, जिसका लाभ छात्र-छात्राओं को मिलेगा।
