ऋषिकेश। चारधाम यात्रा ट्रांजिट कैंप में एल.ई.डी. स्क्रीन के माध्यम से यात्रियों के लिए भजन, रामायण, महाभारत, चारधाम यात्रा संबंधी कहानियों एवं आरतियों को दिखाया जाएगा तथा मौसम संबंधित जानकारियां उपलब्ध करायी जायेगी। यह बात मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शुक्रवार को ऋषिकेश में चारधाम यात्रा ट्रांजिट कैंप (यात्रा रजिस्ट्रेशन कार्यालय) के औचक निरीक्षण के दौरान कही।
मुख्यमंत्री ने आगामी चारधाम यात्रा को लेकर विभिन्न व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया। उन्होंने कार्यालय में पंजीकरण कक्ष, यात्रा पूछताछ एवं सहायता केंद्र, चिकित्सालय, पुलिस सहायता /खोया पाया केन्द्र जैसी विभिन्न व्यवस्थाओं का भी निरीक्षण किया।
24 घंटे चालू रहे रजिस्ट्रेशन की व्यवस्था
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आगामी चार धाम यात्रा से पहले ट्रांजिट कैंप में रजिस्ट्रेशन की व्यवस्था को 24 घंटे चालू रखी जाए। उन्होंने कहा ट्रांजिट कैंप में पुलिस, परिवहन, नगर निगम, स्वास्थ्य, जल, पर्यटन, विद्युत, आदि विभागों का संयुक्त हेल्पडेस्क सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम के रूप में बनाया जाए, जिससे लोगों को एक ही स्थान पर सारी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हो। उन्होंने कहा हमने श्रद्धालुओं का सहयोगी बनकर यात्रा को सफल बनाना है, जिससे हर श्रद्धालु की यात्रा सकुशल सम्पन्न हो एवं वे उत्तराखंड से यात्रा के अच्छे अनुभव लेकर जाएं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि ट्रांजिट कैंप में श्रद्धालुओं के ठहरने की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था हो एवं गर्मी से बचाव के लिए कूलर, स्वच्छ पेयजल, टीन शेड, कुर्सियों की व्यवस्था की जाए। उन्होंने कहा ट्रांजिट कैंप स्थित अस्पताल में सभी प्रकार की दवाइयों की व्यवस्था और चिकित्सकों की तैनाती हो। उन्होंने कहा भीड़ प्रबंधन एवं ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था पर विशेष तौर पर एक्शन प्लान बनाकर प्राथमिकता से कार्य हो।

मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को ट्रजिट कैंप में स्थापित रिसेप्शन में चारधाम यात्रा प्रचार सामग्री उपलब्ध कराने के भी निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा श्रद्धालुओं को चार धाम के साथ ही अन्य स्थलों के बारे में भी जानकारी दी जाए। उन्होंने ट्रांजिट परिसर में स्थापित खोया-पाया केन्द्र को संपूर्ण यात्रा मार्गो से समन्वय बनाने के भी निर्देश दिए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा ट्रांज़िट कैंप परिसर में उत्तराखंड के स्थानीय उत्पादों की बिक्री के लिए अलग से स्थान हो। उन्होंने कहा ट्रांजिट कैंप परिसर का चार धाम से संबंधित सभी जिलों में परस्पर समन्वय हो।
मुख्यमंत्री ने ट्रांजिट कैंप के कार्यरत कर्मचारियों से भी मुलाकात कर उनका हौसला बढ़ाया। उन्होंने कहा सभी कर्मचारियों के ऊपर चार धाम यात्रा की बड़ी जिम्मेदारी है, जिसे निश्चित ही सभी लोग बखूबी निभाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा हमने अपने व्यवहार से सभी श्रद्धालुओं का स्वागत करना है ताकि वो यात्रा से अच्छा अनुभव लेकर जाएं।
आयुक्त गढ़वाल विनय शंकर पांडे ने बताया कि चारधाम यात्रा ट्रांजिट कैंप में 24 काउन्टर के माध्यम से रजिस्ट्रेशन की व्यवस्था की गई है।
इसके अतिरिक्त रिर्जव टीम की तैनाती भी की गई है। यात्रा चिकित्सालय में 24 घंटे चिकित्सा सुविधा उपलब्ध करायी जायेगी। साथ ही पुलिस सहायता केन्द्र में पुलिस द्वारा पब्लिक एड्रेस सिस्टम स्थापित किया गया है।
आयुक्त गढ़वाल ने बताया कि यात्रा ट्रांजिट कैंप में मीडिया सेंटर की व्यवस्था की गई है। केन्द्र में यात्री मित्र तैनात किये जायेगें, जो यात्रियों को विभिन्न सुविधाओं / जानकारियां प्रदान करेंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि विभिन्न एन.जी.ओ एवं संगठनों द्वारा यात्रियों को निशुल्क भोजन, जलपान एवं खाद्य सामग्री की सुविधा उपलब्ध करायी जायेगी एवं कैंटीन की व्यवस्था भी उपलब्ध होगी। पीने के पानी की पर्याप्त सुविधा उपलब्ध करवाई गई है साथ ही जल संस्थान द्वारा टेंकर उपलब्ध कराये जायेगे। उन्होंने बताया इसके अतिरिक्त 4 डोरमेट्री सुविधा मय 80 बेड भी उपलब्ध है।
