देहरादून। विद्यालयी शिक्षा विभाग के अंतर्गत संचालित कलस्टर विद्यालय योजना के तहत प्रथम चरण में प्रत्येक विकासखंड में एक-एक कलस्टर विद्यालय बनाया जायेगा। इन विद्यालयों में आधारभूत सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के दृष्टिगत स्थलीय निरीक्षण को विकासखण्डवार नोडल अधिकारी नामित कर दिये गये हैं। सभी नोडल अधिकारी शीघ्र ही आवंटित विद्यालयों का निरीक्षण कर विस्तृत रिपोर्ट महानिदेशालय के माध्यम से शासन को उपलब्ध करायेंगे ताकि प्रथम चरण के कलस्टर विद्यालयों के निर्माण की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जा सके।
सूबे के विद्यालयी शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने बताया कि नई शिक्षा नीति-2020 के अनुरूप प्रदेशभर में कलस्टर विद्यालय स्थापित किये जाने हैं। जिनका चयन विभाग द्वारा किया जा चुका है। कलस्टर विद्यालय योजना के तहत प्रथम चरण में माध्यमिक स्तर पर सभी 95 विकासखण्डों में एक-एक कलस्टर विद्यालय बनाया जायेगा। जिनमें कक्षा-06 से 12 तक के छात्र-छात्राओं को आधारभूत सुविधाओं के साथ-साथ स्मार्ट क्लास, वर्चुअल क्लास, टिंकरिंग लैब, कम्प्यूटर लैब, विभिन्न विषयों की प्रयोगशालाएं, आर्ट एंड क्राफ्ट कक्ष, पुस्तकालय, खेल मैदान, शौचालय सहित सभी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध रहेगी। इसके अलावा इन विद्यालयों में सभी विषयों के शिक्षक, खेल एवं योग प्रशिक्षक, लाइब्रेरियन, तृतीय व चतुर्थ श्रेणी कार्मिक तथा भोजन माता की शत-प्रतिशत तैनाती सुनिश्चित की जायेगी।
विभागीय मंत्री डॉ. रावत ने बताया कि योजना के तहत चयनित कलस्टर विद्यालयों में आधारभूत सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने तथा गुणवत्तायुक्त निर्माण कार्य सुनिश्चित करने के दृष्टिगत विद्यालयों के स्थलीय निरीक्षण के लिये विकासखण्डवार विभागीय अधिकारियों को नोडल अधिकारी नामित कर दिया गया है। जिसमें विद्यालयी शिक्षा महानिदेशक सहित निदेशालय स्तर के उच्चाधिकारी, समस्त जनपदों के मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी, डायटों के प्राचार्य व खण्ड शिक्षा अधिकारी शामिल हैं। ये सभी नोडल अधिकारी शीघ्र ही आवंटित विद्यालयों का स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर अपनी विस्तृत रिपोर्ट शिक्षा महानिदेशालय के माध्यम से शासन को उपलब्ध करायेंगे। जिसके उपरांत प्रथम चरण हेतु चयनित कलस्टर विद्यालयों के निर्माण की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी जायेगी।
डॉ. रावत ने बताया कि सरकार का मकसद कलस्टर विद्यालयों को एजुकेशन हब के रूप में विकसित करना है। साथ ही इन कलस्टर विद्यालयों में आस-पास के ऐसे विद्यालयों का भी समायोजन किया जायेगा जिनकी छात्र संख्या काफी कमी है। उन्होंने बताया कि योजना के तहत कलस्टर विद्यालयों को चरणबद्ध तरीके से आवासीय विद्यालयों में परिवर्तित किया जायेगा ताकि दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों के छा़त्र-छात्राओं को आवासीय सुविधा मुहैया कराई जा सके।
