पंजीकृत निर्माण श्रमिकों के बच्चों को कार्यस्थल पर मोबाइल लर्निंग स्कूल के माध्यम से शिक्षा देने के लिए देहरादून व हल्द्वानी में दो बसों का संचालन किया जा रहा है। दून में 58 व हल्द्वानी में 256 बच्चों को शिक्षा दी जा रही है। हरिद्वार व ऊधमसिंहनगर में दो बस संचालित करने के लिए फर्म का चयन किया जा रहा है। भविष्य में राज्य के अन्य जिलों में भी पंजीकृत निर्माण श्रमिकों के बच्चों को कार्य स्थल पर मोबाइल लर्निंग स्कूल के माध्यम से शिक्षा दी जाएगी।
