देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने देश के 78वें स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर प्रदेशवासियों को शुभकामनाएँ दी है। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानियों, अमर शहीदों, राज्य आंदोलनकारियों सहित राष्ट्र निर्माण के लिए अपना सर्वोच्च बलिदान देने वाले सैनिकों को भी श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड को हर क्षेत्र में देश का सर्वश्रेष्ठ एवं अग्रणी राज्य बनाने का हमारा संकल्प है। समृद्ध और आत्मनिर्भर उत्तराखंड बनाने के लिए हमारे प्रयास निरन्तर जारी है। अनुकूल औद्योगिक नीति, शांत औद्योगिक वातावरण, दक्ष मानव संसाधन और उदार कर लाभों तथा पूंजी निवेश में वृद्धि के कारण उत्तराखंड भारत में तेजी से विकास करने वाले राज्यों में से एक बन गया है। नीति आयोग, भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी 2023-24 की एसडीजी रिपोर्ट में उत्तराखण्ड ने सतत विकास लक्ष्यों की कसौटी पर खरा उतरते हुए पूरे देश में पहला स्थान हासिल किया है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में उत्तराखण्ड ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर समिट-2023 के दौरान राज्य सरकार के साथ कुल 3.5 लाख करोड़ रूपये के निवेश समझौते हुए हैं, जिसमें 81 हजार करोड़ के समझौते की ग्राउण्डिंग की जा चुकी है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में उत्तराखंड में लगभग 02 लाख करोड़ की योजनाओं पर तेजी से कार्य हो रहे हैं। राज्य सरकार के प्रयासों से उत्तराखण्ड पर्यटन हब, ऐडवेंचर टूरिज्म हब, फिल्म शूटिंग डेस्टिनेशन के रूप में भी तेजी से उभर रहा है। इसके लिये उद्योग तथा पर्यटन को बढावा देने के लिये नई नीतियां तैयार की गई है। दिल्ली देहरादून एलिवेटेड रोड तैयार होने तथा वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस से देहरादून जल्द ही दिल्ली एनसीआर का हिस्सा बन जाएगा, जिससे यहाँ निवेश, उद्योगों के विकास, रोजगार के नए-नए अवसर उपलब्ध होंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार समावेशी विकास के मूलमंत्र के साथ प्रदेश के सभी क्षेत्रों के सतुंलित एवं समान विकास के साथ कार्य कर रही है। केदारनाथ व बदरीनाथ की तर्ज पर कुमायूं के पौराणिक मंदिरों को भव्य बनाने के लिये मानसखण्ड मंदिर माला मिशन की कार्ययोजना पर कार्य हो रहा है। चार धामों की कनेक्टिविटी के लिए ऑल वेदर रोड, ऋषिकेश-कर्णप्रयाग रेल लाइन का निर्माण कार्य तेजी से हो रहा है जबकि टनकपुर-बागेश्वर रेललाइन सर्वे का कार्य गतिमान है। जौलीग्रांट एयरपोर्ट एवं पंतनगर एयरपोर्ट को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय एयरपोर्ट के रूप में विकसित करने का कार्य भी गतिमान है। पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में रोपवे नेटवर्क निर्माण के लिए पर्वत माला परियोजना को भी मंजूरी मिली है। श्री केदारनाथ, हेमकुंड साहिब एवं पूर्णागिरी मंदिर रोपवे के निर्माण का शिलान्यास किया जा चुका है। उधमसिंहनगर के किच्छा क्षेत्र में एम्स के सैटेलाइट सेंटर का निर्माण कार्य गतिमान है साथ ही वाइब्रेंट विलेज योजना के अन्तर्गत राज्य के सीमांत गाँवों के चहुँमुखी विकास पर तेजी से कार्य किया जा रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि मातृशक्ति का सम्मान हमारी परम्परा रही है। राज्य निर्माण आन्दोलन तथा इसके बाद प्रदेश के विकास व प्रगति में राज्य की महिलाओं का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान रहा है। आज भी राज्य की मातृ शक्ति ग्रामीण जनजीवन, आर्थिकी, सामाजिक व सांस्कृतिक ताने बाने की रीढ़ हैं। महिलाओं को आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनाने हेतु लखपति दीदी योजना के तहत महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों को 5 लाख तक का ऋण बिना ब्याज के दिया जा रहा है। 2025 तक 1.25 लाख महिलाओं को लखपति दीदी बनाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। महिलाओं के लिए सरकारी नौकरियों में 30 प्रतिशत क्षैतिज आरक्षण लागू किया गया है। आंगनबाड़ी बहनों के मानदेय में बढ़ोतरी की गई है। अन्त्योदय निःशुल्क गैस रिफिल योजना के तहत वर्ष में 3 गैस सिलैण्डर रिफिल मुफ्त दिये जा रहे है।
