देहरादून। तीन साल का कार्यकाल पूरा होने के मौके पर रविवार को मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने छात्रों-युवाओं, उपनल और संविदाकर्मियों के लिए तीन महत्वपूर्ण घोषणाएं कीं। प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी कर रहे छात्रों और स्नातक डिग्री प्राप्त युवाओं को राज्य सरकार आर्थिक सहायता देगी। एक समर्पित मंच के माध्यम से उनके रोजगारपरक कौशल को विकसित करने लिए प्रशिक्षण की व्यवस्था की जाएगी। इसके लिए, सरकार एक उच्चस्तरीय समिति का गठन करेगी। उपनल एवं संविदाकर्मियों को नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए शीघ्र ही एक ठोस नीति तैयार की जाएगी। इसके अलावा, दस करोड़ रूपये तक के सरकारी कार्य प्रदेश के स्थानीय ठेकेदारों को ही दिए जाएंगे।
सेवा, सुशासन और विकास के तीन वर्ष पूर्ण होने के अवसर पर परेड ग्राउंड में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री ने ये घोषणाएं कीं। कार्यक्रम में बड़ी संख्या में लोगों की जोशपूर्ण उपस्थिति रही।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने अपने संबोधन में सबसे पहले उत्तराखण्ड के अमर बलिदानियों और सरदार भगत सिंह जी, राजगुरू जी और सुखदेव जी को शहीद दिवस पर भावांजलि अर्पित की। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में उत्तराखण्ड ने विभिन्न चुनौतियों का सामना करते हुए सफलता प्राप्त की है। विभिन्न चुनौतियों के बावजूद इन तीन वर्षों में हमारे प्रदेश ने कई उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धियां हासिल कीं और नए-नए कीर्तिमान स्थापित किए हैं, जिनकी गूंज आज पूरे देश में सुनाई दे रही है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि कुछ लोग जो बोलने में सावधानी नहीं रखते उनके कारण प्रदेश में कभी-कभी क्षेत्रवाद या जातिवाद की बातें सुनाई देती हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड का कोई भी व्यक्ति यदि संकीर्ण क्षेत्रवाद या जातिवाद की बात करता है तो वो न केवल उन आंदोलनकारी के साथ अन्याय करता है, जिन्होंने इस प्रदेश के निर्माण के लिए अपना सर्वस्व न्योछावर कर दिया बल्कि वो अपनी मातृ-भूमि के खिलाफ भी कार्य करता है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर सूचना एवं लोक संपर्क विभाग की विकास पुस्तिका ‘सेवा, सुशासन और विकास के 3 वर्ष’ का विमोचन किया। इसमें सरकार द्वारा 03 साल में जनहित में लिये गये फैसले, योजनाएं और उपलब्धियां शामिल की गई हैं। ‘देवभूमि रजत उत्सव- संकल्प से सिद्धि’ कलेण्डर का डिजिटल विमोचन और कंटेंट क्रिएटर कंपटीशन का डिजिटल शुभारंभ भी मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा किया गया।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान बाल भिक्षावृति निवारण प्रयास के अन्तर्गत इंटेन्सिव केयर सेंटर साधूराम इण्टर कॉलेज देहरादून में प्रवेशरत शिक्षा की मुख्यधारा से जुड़े 13 बच्चों को सम्मानित किया गया। लखवाड़ बहुद्देशीय परियोजना के तहत अधिग्रहित की गई भूमि के भू स्वामियों को अनुग्रह अनुदान के रूप में कुल 10 करोड़ की धनराशि वितरित की गई। अटल आवास योजना के तहत लाभार्थियों को मुख्यमंत्री ने चेक और चाबी सौंपी। राज्य सरकार की विभिन्न जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं से लाभार्थियों को लाभान्वित किया गया और सराहनीय कार्य करने वालों को प्रशस्ति पत्र भी प्रदान किये।
