देहरादून। प्रदेश में मातृ मृत्यु दर कम करने के लिये ठोस कार्य योजना तैयार की जायेगी, ताकि राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर एमएमआर के आंकड़ों में सुधार के साथ ही दो अंकों तक लाया जा सके। इसके अलावा बच्चों एवं महिलाओं में एनिमिया की कमी को दूर करने के लिये भी जनपद स्तर पर विशेष अभियान चलाये जायेंगे। विभागीय योजनाओं के व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार के लिये आईईसी विभाग को प्रदेश एवं जनपद स्तर पर कार्ययोजना के तहत काम करने के निर्देश दिये गये हैं।
सूबे के चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य एवं चिकित्सा शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने स्वास्थ्य महानिदेशायल स्थित एनएचएम सभागार में राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन की तीसरे चरण की समीक्षा बैठक ली। जिसमें उन्होंने प्रदेश में मातृ मृत्यु दर कम करने के लिये विस्तृत कार्ययोजना तैयार कर काम करने को कहा। कार्ययोजना तैयार करने की जिम्मेदारी एनएचएम सलाहकार पूर्व स्वास्थ्य महानिदेशक डॉ. तृप्ति बहुगुणा को सौंपी गई। विशेषकर जिन जनपदों में मातृ मृत्यु दर की स्थित गंभीर है उस पर फोकस करने के निर्देश दिये गये हैं। ताकि मातृ मृत्यु दर को घटाकर एसडीजी टारगेट 2030 के तहत प्रति एक लाख लाइव बर्थ पर 70 तक लाया जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान में राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर मातृ मृत्यु दर प्रति एक लाख पर 103 है जबकि पूरे देश की मातृ मृत्यु दर 97 है। इसी प्रकार सूबे में बच्चों व महिलाओं में एनीमिया की कमी दूर करने के लिये भी विशेष अभियान चलाने के निर्देश विभागीय अधिकारियों को दिये गये हैं। डॉ. रावत ने बताया कि एनएचएम के अंतर्गत डायलिसिस की सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है। जिसके तहत प्रदेश के सभी जिला एवं उप जिला चिकित्सालयों को डायलिसिस की सुविधा से लैस करने के निर्देश दिये गये हैं ताकि किडनी रोगियों को बड़े अस्पतालों के चक्कर न काटने पड़े।
विभागीय मंत्री डॉ. रावत ने प्रदेश एवं जिला स्तर पर आईईसी की कार्यप्रणाली पर नाखुशी जताते हुये सुधार की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि विभागीय योजनाओं को जन-जन तक पहुंचाने में आईईसी की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होती है। जिसके लिये आईईसी को राज्य एवं जनपद स्तर पर विशेष कार्ययोजना बना कर स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं के प्रचार-प्रसार में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिये, साथ ही प्रत्येक तीन माह में आईईसी कार्यशाला का आयोजन कराने को भी कहा गया। बैठक में एनएचएम के अंतर्गत संचालित निर्माण कार्यों की भी समीक्षा की गई जिसमें उन्होंने सभी कार्यों को समय पर पूर्ण करने के निर्देश विभागीय अधिकारियों को दिये।
